Jiangmen, China – To meet the growing global demand for high-reliability, rapid-turnaround electronic manufacturing, NextPCB's turnkey services are now fully backed by the official commencement of operations at a new state-of-the-art Smart Manufacturing Base.

Located in the Jiangmen Safety Emergency Industrial Park, this landmark project represents a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB (approximately $210 million USD). Spanning a total area of approximately 60 acres with an investment intensity of no less than 13 million RMB per acre, the facility is designed to reach an annual output value exceeding 2 billion RMB upon full capacity.

This smart campus seamlessly integrates electronic component intelligent warehousing, flexible bare PCB fabrication, PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) super factory lines, and machining quality assurance into a unified, highly efficient hub, directly powering NextPCB's high-standard overseas supply chain.

Solving the Disjointed Supply Chain Challenge

Traditionally, hardware developers have faced significant logistical delays and coordination risks due to the geographical dispersion of electronic component warehouses, PCB fabrication plants, and SMT assembly lines.

By integrating the component warehouse, PCB flexible production, and SMT manufacturing within a single industrial park, this closed-loop setup effectively eliminates these geographic barriers. This integrated ecosystem drastically reduces logistics and transfer cycle times, ensuring a faster transition from raw materials to finished products for NextPCB's clients.

According to the project leader, the development of the base focuses heavily on multi-dimensional optimization, including:

Designed to support "high-mix, low-volume, and rapid delivery" requirements, this intelligent storage center features:

  • BOM (Bill of Materials) self-service matching.
  • Standardized component packaging libraries.
  • Automated component counting and smart light-guided positioning.
  • Automated material picking to ensure precision and eliminate staging errors.

2) 65,000 sqm PCB Flexible Manufacturing Center

This expansive facility covers the entire production lifecycle from quick-turn prototyping to small, medium, and large-batch runs. Equipped with an advanced MES (Manufacturing Execution System), it ensures full-process traceability and allows clients to query production progress in real time.

3) 40,000 sqm PCBA Super Factory

The PCBA facility bridges bare boards and components to provide a complete one-stop solution.
