PCBA Delivery Time Explanation
At NextPCB, we strive to provide transparent and efficient manufacturing services for all your printed circuit board assembly needs.
Standard Production Cycle
Our standard production cycle typically takes 25 to 30 days. This timeframe is based on ideal conditions, assuming there are no additional issues during the production process and that we can promptly respond to engineers' questions.
PCB Manufacturing and Material Procurement
In the production process, the manufacturing of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) usually takes 5 to 7 working days. At the same time, the procurement time for components is determined by the lead time of the materials.
If certain components have long lead times, the procurement process may take between 7 to 20 days. It is important to note that PCB production and material procurement occur simultaneously.
Assembly Process
Once the PCBs and the Bill of Materials (BOM) are completed, we will send both to the factory for assembly. If the order quantity is small, assembly usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
Summary and Contact Information
In summary, our production timeline encompasses the PCB production, material procurement, and assembly phases, aiming to meet customer needs in the shortest possible time.
