What Are NextPCB's Working Hours?
How Is PCB / PCBA Lead Time Calculated?
Lead time starts after payment and engineering review, and is affected by cut-off time, EQ confirmation, and material availability.
Cut-off & Review Rules
Daily Cut-off:
Payments after 18:00 (Beijing Time) push production to the next day.
Weekends:
Sunday orders are accepted, but production begins Monday.
EQ Delays:
If EQ is confirmed between 21:00 Day 0 – 21:00 Day 1: +1 day. If confirmed between 21:00 Day 1 – 21:00 Day 2: +2 days, and so on.
SMT / PCBA Lead Time Formula
- All lead times are estimates and subject to review.
- The +2 day buffer accounts for transit between multiple factories / warehouses to Shenzhen before international dispatch.
- If customer-supplied parts are involved, allow up to 7 working days for material receipt; delays beyond that will affect the delivery date.
- Component lead times are based on working days in China.

Why Is the Final Quotation Different?
Review Process
All quotes require Engineering Review. Final pricing is based on files. Non-standard specs, drill/test points, or special processes may increase cost.
Currency & Validity
Monthly exchange rate. Components valid for 7 days. Prices may change with market conditions.
Order & Requests
Orders are reviewed before payment. Use Special Requests for unlisted requirements.

Online price is indicative. Final price follows reviewed order.
How Does Shipping Work?
Shipping Arrangement
Orders paid together are shipped together by default. Separate shipping requests will incur additional logistics costs.
X-Out Policy
X-Out is accepted by default to optimize cost. If not acceptable, please specify in advance — additional charges will apply.
Holiday Schedule
Production schedules during legal holidays will be announced on our official website in advance.
Engineering Review (EQ)
Delivery time is an estimate. Delays caused by unanswered engineering questions (EQ) will affect the schedule.
Lead Time Start Point
Counting begins the day after payment, not from order confirmation. Payments after 18:00 or offline payments shift the start to the next confirmed business day.
Engineering Review Duration
Standard review: ~5–20 min; complex orders: ~1–2 hrs. File processing (no EQ): ~30 min for simple stencils, ~60–120 min for others.
