During the file review process (including PCB DFM and PCBA DFA reviews), our CAM engineers may encounter issues or require clarification. When this occurs, you will be notified primarily via email, and your order will be placed on hold until a response is received and the problem is resolved.

Impact of Untimely Responses

  • Order Cancellation: If we do not receive a response after a prolonged period, your order may be canceled and refunded.
  • Requesting More Time: If you need time to make layout or design changes, please inform us so we can accommodate your timeline.
  • Delays Over One Month: If you anticipate needing more than a month to resolve the issue, please consider canceling the order and replacing it when you are ready.
