For fast clearance, the following information is required:

  • - Chinese product name
  • - Quantity
  • - Unit price
  • - Brand
  • - Model / Part number
  • - Country of origin

2. Formal Customs Declaration

2.1 China Customs Requirements:

  • - Chinese product name
  • - Quantity
  • - Unit price
  • - Brand
  • - Model / Part number
  • - Country of origin

2.2 Finance Requirements:

  • - Customer payment proof
  • - Purchase invoice
  • - Screenshot of material fair market value

3. Special Notes (Important Update)

Goods with country of origin as USA must be declared under formal customs clearance.

If the shipment is sent from the USA but the actual country of origin is not the USA, valid proof of origin is required. Acceptable documents include:

  • - Certificate of origin issued by the manufacturer (if available), or
  • - Clear physical packaging evidence, such as carton labels or component packaging photos showing:
  1. > Country of origin
  2. > Model / part number
  3. > Quantity
  4. > Batch or serial number (must match shipment)

* Please note:

  • - Invoices (including stamped or printed origin information) are not accepted as valid proof.
  • - PDF documents are not accepted as proof of origin.
  • - Only physical photos of packaging or labels are recognized by customs authorities.

If valid origin proof cannot be provided, the shipment will be declared as USA origin by default, which will result in formal customs clearance and approximately 30% higher duty cost.

If the HS code includes regulatory condition “L”, CCC certification is required:

  • - If available, the customer may provide valid CCC certification (valid for 1 year).
  • - If not available, we can assist with certification.
  • - Product specification sheet is required.
  • - Certification fee: RMB 300 per part number.

For both fast clearance and formal declaration, undervaluation is strictly prohibited.
Declared value will be based on the official website quotation price.

4. Important Reminder

Due to increasingly strict customs enforcement, incomplete or non-compliant documentation may lead to:

  • - Clearance delays
  • - Higher duty costs
  • - Possible customs inspection or return

We strongly recommend ensuring all documents are fully prepared before shipment to avoid unnecessary risks and additional costs.
