At NextPCB, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you receive an order that does not meet your expectations or contains defects, please follow our after-sales process below so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Report a Quality Issue

If you detect any physical or functional defects in your boards, please contact our support team immediately:

• Email us: Send a detailed description of the issue to support@nextpcb.com.

• Provide Proof: Attach high-resolution photos or videos clearly showing the defective areas of the board. This helps our quality assurance team investigate the root cause quickly.

Our Resolution Policy

Once our engineering team reviews your claim and confirms that the issue was caused by a manufacturing error on our part, NextPCB will re-manufacture and replace your boards at no additional cost.

Important Policy on Customer Design Files

Because printed circuit boards are highly customized products, NextPCB manufactures them strictly according to the design documents (Gerber files) provided by the customer. Please keep the following in mind:

• Design Responsibility: NextPCB is not responsible for finding design errors, missing elements, or layout issues within your original PCB files.

• Engineering Review (DFM/DFA): While our engineers perform preliminary checks and may contact you to confirm or modify file anomalies if they spot them, this is a best-effort service and is not guaranteed. If an error in your file goes unnoticed by our team, the boards will be produced as-designed.

# Pro Tip: To avoid costly delays and functional errors, we highly recommend thoroughly double-checking your design files, solder mask openings, and drill layers using a Gerber viewer before uploading them to our platform.
