How to judge the quality of the circuit board?

There are two ways to distinguish the quality of a printed circuit board. On the one hand, it is judged from the appearance. The method for PCB factory to judge the quality of the PCB circuit board:

1.Identify the quality of the circuit board from the appearance (under normal circumstances, the appearance of the PCB can be analyzed through three aspects

 

A. standard rules for size and thickness

The thickness of the circuit board is different from the standard circuit board, so customers can measure and check the thickness and specifications of their own products to tell the quality of boards

 

B.Light and color.

The external circuit board is covered with soldermask, and the printed circuit board can play the role of insulation. If the color of the board is not bright and the soldermask is less, the insulation of the board is not good.

C.The appearance of the weld.

Because the PCB has many parts, then if the welding is not good, the parts are easy to fall off the circuit board, which will seriously affect the welding quality of the circuit board. So it is very important to identify carefully if the appearance is good.

 

2. High-quality PCBs need to meet the following requirements:

A. The electrical connection must meet the requirements.

B. The line width, line thickness, and line distance needs to meet the requirements to avoid line heating, open circuit, and short circuit.

C. Copper sheet is not easy to fall off when the board is exposed to high temperatures.

D. The copper surface is not easy to oxidize.

E. No additional electromagnetic radiation.

F. The shape is not deformed, so as to avoid deformation of the housing and dislocation of the screw holes after installation.

G. High temperature, high humidity, and resistance of special environments should also be considered.
