Part 1: Sponsorship Voucher Issuance & Usage Rules

• Approved applicants will receive a $50 USD monthly sponsorship for 3 consecutive months (total value: $150 USD).
• The monthly allowance is allocated as: $30 USD PCB Voucher + $20 USD Shipping Discount Code.

• Distribution Dates: Issued in three monthly batches on September 5, October 5, and November 5, 2026.
• PCB Vouchers: Automatically credited directly to the user's NextPCB account on the specified dates.
• Shipping Discount Codes: Sent via email directly by Tindie on the same distribution dates.

• PCB Vouchers: Applicable exclusively to standalone PCB manufacturing orders (no restrictions on substrate material or fabrication specs). No minimum order spending required.
• Excluded: PCB costs within PCBassembly orders.
• Shipping Discount Codes: Valid for all express shipping carriers provided by NextPCB.

• Both PCB vouchers and shipping discount codes are valid for 3 months from their respective date of issuance (expired vouchers/codes cannot be reissued).

• All promotional vouchers and codes are non-cashable and non-transferable.
• Must be used solely by the verified NextPCB account holder.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts or special offers.

Section 2: Promotional Sponsorship Grant Rules

• Promotion support Period: September 5, 2026 – February 5, 2027.
• Grant Threshold: If an approved Tindie seller project achieves a cumulative order value of $500 USD on NextPCB (including both PCB and PCBA orders) during the promotion support period, Tindie will provide promotion service and paid traffic support for that specific project.

• Calculations are based strictly on the actual net payment amount (net of discounts/vouchers).
• Orders placed using promotional vouchers and independent full-pay orders can both be accumulated, provided the seller submits proof that they belong to the same project.

• Eligible Order Definition: Orders that have not been refunded, canceled, or involved in disputes, and are verified by Tindie as genuine transactions.
• Fraud & Abuse: Any fraudulent activities (e.g., wash trading or artificial order manipulation) will result in immediate disqualification. NextPCB reserves the right to withhold promotional funding and ban the offending account.

• NextPCB will review order records monthly. Once a seller is verified as eligible, Tindie will notify the seller via email.

Section 3: Application & Verification Process

• How to Apply: Applicants must complete and submit the official Tindie Sponsorship Application Form.
• Joint Review: Tindie and NextPCB will jointly review account status, history of valid orders, NextPCB account details, and project specifications.
• Qualification Statement: Submitting an application does NOT guarantee eligibility. Final approval is subject to the joint review results of Tindie and NextPCB.
