Stencil Types Available for Quote
Frameless Stencils (also known as foil only, best for prototype and low-volume, requires reusable tensioning
system).
Framed Stencils (glued to an aluminum frame, best for high-volume automated printing).
Basic Stencil Parameters
Stencil Size: Custom sizes or standard sizes (e.g., 370mm x 470mm, 420mm x 520mm, 584mm x 584mm, 736mm x 736mm).
Valid Area: Configurable based on the selected stencil size.
Quantity: Configurable in pcs.
Stencil Thickness Options
Available thicknesses: 0.08 mm, 0.10 mm, 0.12 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.18 mm, 0.20 mm.
Thickness can be customized based on component pitch and solder paste volume requirements to prevent solder
bridging or insufficient solder.
Fiducial Marks and Processing Options
Fiducial Marks: Half-etched (for optical recognition by vision systems) or Through-hole.
Electropolishing: Available (Yes/No). Smooths the laser-cut aperture walls for better paste release, highly
recommended for fine-pitch components like BGAs and QFNs.
